Zach Daley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in corporate finance. After a year working as an English teacher in Ho Chi Minh City, Zach went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Kansas. While there, he participated in a variety of advocacy contests, including moot court, traffic court, and an external contract negotiation competition. Zach has experience on both sides of the criminal justice system through his work for the KU Project for Innocence as well as the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office in New Orleans. Zach graduated with certificates of specialization in advocacy, business & commercial law, and international trade law & finance.
Zach began his practice as an associate at another Houston-based defense firm, handling high-value third-party trucking litigation and construction defect claims, including catastrophic losses involving umbrella & excess coverage. In addition to high coverage suits, Zach has represented brokers in real estate transactions, construction subcontractors, and small-business owners in premises claims. Zach has obtained favorable defense settlements in counties across Texas and is licensed to practice in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Federal Districts of Texas.
Outside of the law, Zach enjoys watching the Minnesota Vikings try their best every year, in addition to playing music and computer strategy games.
