Sean Matula has spent his career defending insurers and their insureds. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas; obtained his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University; and earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law.

In law school, Sean was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor society, and was a varsity member of South Texas’ renowned moot-court advocacy program. Since law school, he has focuses on insurance litigation, with extensive experience in both first and third-party claims. His areas of expertise include property & casualty, construction, personal injury, and premises liability.

Sean is licensed to practice in Texas, and is admitted to all of Texas’ Federal districts.
