Since the inception of our firm, we have specialized in handling First-Party insurance claims and lawsuits, including Special Investigation work. We have handled a large variety of property insurance litigation arising out of mold claims, foundation, fire, construction defects and storm-related matters. We have litigated these matters in both State and Federal courts. There is a vast difference in the expertise pertaining to procedure, discovery and trial strategy in First-Party litigation as opposed to Third-Party litigation. Intimate familiarity with the Insurance Code and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act is needed in addition to the knowledge, skill and experience associated with presenting an insurance company defense to jurors. Our firm possesses this knowledge and expertise and has demonstrated it by way of numerous successful trial results.
