David practices in the area of construction, general negligence and commercial claims, insurance and coverage matters and products liability. He received his B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999 and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2002. Mr. Swick was an Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law in 2004.

Mr. Swick is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. His is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association.
