Ron has maintained an active civil litigation practice for over the past fifteen years. Ron’s areas of practice include general tort litigation, first party insurance litigation including extra-contractual causes of action, premises liability cases, commercial disputes, business torts, products liability and trucking cases. Ron is also routinely retained to assist insurance companies and self-insured companies in pre-litigation matters including claims investigation, coverage issues, liability and damages evaluations, examinations under oath and appraisals.
