Bob has defended a variety of high-dollar exposure lawsuits over the past 25 years, from simple automobile cases, products liability, dental malpractice, medical malpractice, toxic torts, commercial disputes, premises liability and sexual assaults and has taken more than 175 jury verdicts. Bob's jury trial experience includes the successful trial defense of wrongful death cases, trucking accidents, and medical malpractice cases.
In addition to being a seasoned trial lawyer, Bob is fluent in Spanish and lived in Mexico City for 10 years.
