Mike Black is a trial lawyer with 28 years of courtroom experience.

Mike is experienced in handling a wide range of civil litigation matters. Mike is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and in Personal Injury Trial Law and is also certified as a Mediator.

Mike has successfully prosecuted and defended lawsuits involving complex commercial litigation, toxic exposure litigation, occupational injuries, product liability and 18-wheeler deaths and injuries.

Mike primarily litigates cases in State Courts throughout the State of Texas, but is licensed to and does practice in Federal Court in the Southern District, other than bankruptcy courts and is actively involved in all aspects of the litigation and pre-litigation processes.

Mike’s current litigation docket includes general tort litigation, commercial litigation and premises liability litigation.
