Brian is a trial lawyer with 25 years of courtroom experience. Brian has tried more than 200 jury cases to verdict. He is experienced in handling a wide range of civil litigation matters and has successfully defended clients in lawsuits involving multiple deaths and catastrophic injuries. Brian litigates cases in State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Texas. Brian is actively involved in all aspects of the litigation and appellate process, and has previously handled two cases in which certiorari was denied by the United States Supreme Court.
Brian has successfully defended clients in cases involving complex legal and factual issues. Brian’s current litigation docket includes general tort litigation, products liability litigation, commercial litigation, premises liability litigation and the defense of transportation companies and their drivers. Over the past few years, Brian has litigated a significant number of first party insurance cases in which both contractual as well as extra-contractual causes of action have been asserted against the insurance carrier. Additionally, Brian has recently completed two jury trials in employment law cases in Federal District Court in Houston. Brian is a zealous advocate for his clients and has earned the reputation of aggressively defending his clients over the last 25 years.
